Love it Brian! Personal growth can be hard, and some days are harder than others. Having patience is spot on, and lets one have an enjoyable time knowing that we are all here to learn from each and grow our personal selves.

For me it hit home from Brian to have a plan for the day and limit to those techniques. I have been more successful in not only learning specific techniques with focus and becoming more confident in those techniques
