Chapter 3 of Finding Your Zone was a really good one! It talked about the necessity of turning your desires into will power. In order to achieve your goals and manifest your dreams, acting on the process by using will power is critical. You have to use will power to overcome those bumps in the road and those things that you don't like to do. Many times, we (especially me) get so focused on the outcome we want but we don't give attention to the dirty work it takes to get there! Definitely going to be using this chapter in my future when it comes to my work life, fishing, and weight loss journey!
Already some 🧃 coming out of this book. I really struggle with comparing... and often comparing to people who have MILES more experience than I do. Reading this was a good reinforcement do focus on myself and my personal improvement!
Cody Walling – Boater. I would like to win the SUF Sponsorship because I can be a good representative of the SUF School but also a perfect example of what the SUF School is about. I first started fishing (after a 15 year gap) a little over three years ago as a way to remember fishing with my late Pawpaw. In a few days, it will be three years since I caught my first bass… Its been game on since then! Having missed so much time, I now have an insatiable desire to get better. I would love to work closely with you, B-Lat, to hone my skills and perfect myself as an angler. I want to learn to excel in tournament preparation, fishing tactics, boat control, and how to find a place in the fishing industry. More than anything, I want to learn tips and tricks to manage my mental game leading up to tournament day and as the tournament progresses. I would be honored to represent SUF School and have your mentorship for this season as it could hugely impact my new-found fishing career.
