Brian Latimer I fish those spots in the first slide they usually kick off there at about the end of the month. I have been there two weekends in a row and they haven’t moved in yet caught the majority of the fish on the north end if that’s the southern end in the buck brush. The second slide is Moses lake but they are connected and I also checked those spots I was there last weekend found them like your saying in the back of dead end pockets. Gonna go back and try again tomorrow checking back of pockets again and the other spots and places you’ve mentioned to look. Lots of good info

Yes it is!

Caught some decent fish this weekend but when it gets tough the scenery is nice to enjoy and do some exploring!

Potholes 🤣🙈 or even Moses fished the potholes again this weekend 2 tournaments every weekend doesn’t help with locating them. I’ve found decent fish and even checked where they would stage and having a hard time finding the biggs

Potholes changes so much when I go next I’ll take another round of pictures. Right now waters high so a lot of islands and stuff is covered they are starting to irrigate the crops so water will drop in a month the place will look so different. Something crazy out there too is the seagull mating season so many looks like snow or ice on the water.

I fish a lot of swimjigs running them in the pads up here and something I don’t hear a lot of people ever fishing for pre spawn is a Topwater frog 🐸 soon as I see 50 degree water temps Ive always got a frog on my deck. Can’t forget the chatterbait though ok…. And dropshot

Adam Joubert I think they are outta Texas. They have some good rods I like them and I have gloomis rods I got rods from cheaper to expensive and I think their good quality I look at the build of the blanks and compare.

Adam Joubert well glad your getting back into it!! If you haven’t tried sixgill rods they have some sales going on still I believe where certain rods are like $65 right now I like their heimdall jerk bait rod for small Texas rigs it’s like a 6’5 medium it’s a nice rod and for the price can’t be beat. I like finding their sales
