If I don’t have a boat would it still be worth the drive for the live school on the 29th?

I hopped on the live a little late.. but what’s your thoughts on fishing crank baits from the bank? I just moved to South Carolina from Colorado and finding it hard to throw crank baits due to getting hung up a lot.
