Many years overdue, but I finally made it to my first retreat this past weekend. It was great catching up with BLat and finally putting faces to names I’ve been talking with for a while.

As good as the weekend was, there was still a piece missing without my little brother Tron there. Being able to bring home his “Most Inspiring” award meant more than I can really put into words—because that’s exactly who he was and always will be.

I’m grateful for every single person in this community who showed him love along the way. That doesn’t go unnoticed.

Already looking forward to next year—this is definitely something I’ll be making a yearly tradition.

đŸ’Ș✅Really looking forward to seeing and meeting everybody this weekend, and getting some good fellowship in. I’ve known B for a long time and had the chance to fish with him a handful of times with Tron. I think it’s going to be a bittersweet moment, being back on the water with B for the first time since my little bro passed.

Always willing to help anyway I can, and constantly looking at boats since my twins are getting bigger and we won't always fit in the same boat with my pops

I'd agree with that 100%

Thanks man! More than welcome anytime!

Three bites usually means a tough, frustrating day
but when they’re the right ones, it hits different. Landed a 5.7 and a 3.2, and lost another at the boat that was about the same size as that 3 (pretty sure her mama ended up fried and on a plate 😅).

Knew something special was coming when mine and Tron song—Fisherman by Casey Ashley—came on. Preciate you watching out from up there, bro.
