i really like the Ghost. got my first one during covid and fell in love. the new feature that allows you to auto pilot and stay in the water depth you select, and cover water (not spot lock) is going to be a game changer. Not sure if its the one that i have or not but it has been in the shop every fall for the past three years. it's there now. is it at the end of its life span? 5 years? I would hope for 10 years???? it was part of my decision to withdraw from the federation semi-final this year. i never realized how much i relied on some of the features and how it tied into my graphs.  like Kevin Said you need to keep a new prop in the boat. you hit a rock just right...toast. with that being said...I am also in the market for a new one. debating weather to buy a new Ghost and keep them both, for ease of swap out when something does go wrong ,or shifting to Minn Kota. right now i'm swapping between Ghost and Minn Kota. a lot more work. anyone in the market for a MinnKota 112

Try bassforcast if your interested in ai apps. I have been playing with it over last couple of months.
