One of my most exciting highlights was getting my new bass boat in June! It started the whole fishing journey! The feeling of bringing it home the first time and backing it into the garage! The feeling of taking it out for the first time on the water! It was priceless! It was a 32nd anniversary gift from my wife!

My wife went to the river with me after work during the summer and I fished for about 2 hours. This is one of the bass I caught. I was really happy about catching a bass on the main river!

Based on what I heard I will use more solid reds, blacks, whites, and a few other solid colors since they don’t really see shades of color!

Tip down or tip up? I see different people say keep that rod up! And I see other people say keep that rod down? They are all catching bass but some say up and some say down. Which way is more effective? I would love to know you guys thoughts and why. Plus I want to lose as less fish as possible when it comes to my reeling in technique.
