See I have always wondered if I should just cold call the landowner… How do they react when you’ve contacted them? Super weirded out? Annoyed? Do they get asked all the time?

How exactly do you find and gain access to bodies of water like this? I too live in South Florida where there are tons of bodies of water that fit this description. My daughter and I drive around and mark them on maps so I can go back later with google earth. Can’t ever seem to find more information.
