Merrill Nanton Sure thing, Last month was my first SUF Big Bass Challenge, Being retired I now have something to look forward to every month.

Ray and I tried to get on them yesterday, Ray even had his Game face on, wind was crazy but we managed a few. Wind is crazy again today, I got 2 hours on the lake before the winds picked up above where I am comfortable. 

They just sent out an email there's going to be another big bass challenge next month maybe I won't screw this one up.The next SUF Big Bass Challenge is coming June 20th–28th

Well said B-Lat. At 62 being part if the Straight Up family has, in the short time I have been here, made me a better angler. Past 2 days I have even enjoyed some Bank fishing, something I had not done in years. But the best part of SUF is Fellowship and Friendship. I enjoyed the SUF tournament, Was a learning experience for me, and has made me better of many fronts. Would love to see a Monthly tournament here.

If Bass were line shy the Umbrella rig would never catch a fish.

Day 2 and the knots still look as they did when tied. My drop of Super glue on the finish knot and rolled between my fingers is holding well. The finish knot has been a weak spot on mine, but the Super Glue seems to have solved it.
