I have never done any nighttime bass fish. Are there any addition things I should have on the boat besides a flashlight?

Mack Toon and I were discussing the new Berkley Forward braid during a round table.
A lot of what I do is testing gear. Long story short, while the “Forward” model of the Berkley braid absolutely casts further than Daiwa J-Braid or PowerPro x8 with less effort… it has just too many weird negatives to continue to use after a month of thorough testing 5+ days a week. I’m restringing my spinners right now.
Save your money. I can’t recommend it in good conscience.

Back in action! I was at my daughter's AAU games in Kentucky for last 5 days, and let's say it was an experience we will never forget. From flights getting canceled to an active shooter at the expo. No place like home!🙏

Hey everyone! I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to join! I fished tournaments many years ago when my stepdad was alive, then my fishing cut back with life getting in the way. My 13 year old son is now completely addicted and decided to start tournament fishing! He finished 4th in th OK BASS Nation jr division and 4th in the AOY standings in the Oklahoma High School junior division. Thank you BLAT for everything you do and making an awesome community!
