Hey SUF fam — the seminar at Hartwell was awesome. Wanted to share something I've been building.

As you know, I run a small nonprofit called Kindlewood Cares that supports childhood cancer research through The Jimmy Fund at Dana-Farber. This year I'm launching Cast for a Cause — a 5-tournament CPR bass series club on Fishing Chaos where 40% of every entry goes to fight pediatric cancer.

Event 1 — Spring Slam — kicks off TOMORROW April 24 and runs through May 25. $25 entry. Fish your home waters anywhere in the US. Northern and Southern divisions with separate leaderboards and AOY races with a Championship torunament in the Fall. Sign up today to try for more AOY points!!!

First 3 adults to register in each division get a free BardeRodz Premium Neoprene Rod Sleeve! You have to be a Club member to sign up for tournaments - https://app.fishingchaos.com/club/0y104wW5ys6mUNmGdREu

Would love to see some SUF members on the leaderboard. Fish for fun, win prizes, fight childhood cancer.

Hello all, Any Florida members (Or Members that want to travel) that have a boat and would be willing to Captain for the Students Angling for Success tournament hosted by Osceola Anglers High School fishing club on May 16th we are in dire need of Captains. The lake we will be fishing is Lake X in St Cloud, This is the lake that was used by Mercury for testing and has little to no pressure. (I believe Captains are allowed to fish also as a Captains tournament) If you are willing to help out Please contact Lamar Chisholm at  407.908.9587
The lake address is 7975 Old Melbourne Hwy, St Cloud, FL 34771
Lake Breakdown is in the comments. I used Grok AI and from personal local knowledge it is spot on.

My club had their first tournament on the Madison Chain while we were at Hartwell. They crushed it with the pre spawn fatties. Seven 20lb bags and several 5+lb bass. To put it in perspective on the Madison Chain, 3.5lbers win you tournaments and the record LM is 7lbs.

Back home safe and sound in Central Florida, Boat goes in tomorrow for 100 hour service and I will be putting into practice all I learned this weekend, Adding that information to what I know patterns are maybe it will help me get on the bigs more. Had a great time, to all I met and spoke with thank you for making me feel welcome. If anyone will be in Central Florida and want to get on the water, I am retired and available. Would be more than happy to take any of you on the local lakes. Pic just for attention. That was several years ago, Only a 9, still 4 pounds off my biggest.
