When we’re talking about clear water, what exactly are you referring to? Clear by visibility or clear by clear of algae or other contaminants? Are we referring to what we see, or what the fish would see? Would we consider a lake that has less then 5 feet of visibility to be clear or stained? Also, I’m not trying to be a wise a**, I live in the central midwest and have never fished what I would consider a clear lake before.
Sorry I have been AWOL I have been busy and got sick right after the retreat. Finally my lot of Spro Rock Crawlers has arrived. Also got some KVD 1.5 to play with. I hope the family is well.
With this encyclopedia of fishing information here, what would be the core/building blocks I should learn first before I overwhelm myself?
We’re about to start the live class tonight. Only people allowed to miss class are the ones fishing.
Post spawn bass fishing can be tricky!! Here’s some things we will explore in the live class tonight.
Hello fellow anglers,
I’ll start by introducing myself. I’m Cale Williams, I am in my 40’s and live in eastern Nebraska. I started fishing in my early days as a kid and have fond memories of it. I recently picked up a rod and reel again about 3 years ago and a lot has changed. Not so much in regards to fishing itself, but the my understanding of how many levels there are to it. I’m not just doing it as a past time, but as a small part of self improvement. With too much information widely available on the internet, I wanted to hear from the horse’s mouth and from everyone else who choose to follow.
I want to improve on all my techniques, but don’t know where to start. I have invested in a xtr and now have more capabilities to fish than ever. What would you all suggest I do? Master one lure or a limited number. I have a lot of options around me and I like to take weekend trips all around the central Midwest. I happily look forward for your information.
Cheers
