Just completed my first ever BFL! I got rattled in the morning but settled down and caught 2 bass that scored. Finished 72nd out of 115 co- anglers on the Potomac River. Picked up 179 points for the divisional final. Thank you B.Lat for the opportunity!

Got a chance to take my buddy Mike out to Lake Walter E Long AKA Decker Lake here in Austin Tx, not only did he catch his first bass but he ended up putting 5 in the yak!! Unreal!! He was one happy angler!!!

Got to share a meal with our guy and a couple of other anglers a little while ago… the weights have shocked us all. They are CATCHING EM. Nonetheless, I appreciate them allowing me to tag along after a day of fishing. Best of luck tomorrow, Brian!

I had 18-10 today!!! What a day of fishing. Thanks everyone for following along in the tournament today! I made the championship round for tomorrow. 56th-27th. It’s been a good week!!!

WOW..!! I had the BEST Birthday today... I fished the Ocmulgee River, Julliette, Ga boatramp.. Caught 15 shoal bass, spotted bass, and a couple largemouth.. I lost another 5 cause I didn't take my net with me on my kayak today.. I've fished the same area 2 or 3 times this week, and only caught about 2 bass. Went today and caught almost 20.. I do believe the good lord was watching over me today..I've been clean for 27 months now, started doing drugs at 12 yrs old, up till I was 60.. I'm 63 now, and have turned my life around completely.. And silly as it might sound, I KNOW it's because now I'm addicted to kayak bass fishing.. I actually LIKE waking up every day now.. Thank you, to all who have helped me become the person I am today..

I had 14-03 today. My stuff worked. This has been the heaviest weight tournament I’ve fished in a long time. As of now the cut weight is 18lbs. That’s higher than giraffe ears!
