Too bad the Fall Classic hasn't started yet! I caught a few little largemouths today and one nice smallie!
This one was caught on a Megabass X80 BFS Jr. jerkbait with a BFS reel and UL rod. π
Ok ,Brian Latimer I watched your YouTube episode on chatterbait vs spinnerbait. I was totally with you until I found the Grass Piece chatterbait. This thing is like a spinnerbait hybrid. It runs through wood and grass with ease. So I want to know if you have e tried it and your thoughts.
I am running another tournament benefiting my non-profit raising money for The Jimmy Fund. My Dad passed away from cancer and he wanted to make sure kids had every chance possible to not deal with cancer so I am going to carry on with raising a little bit here and there in his memory. This year we have raised and donated over $1000 between tournaments and custom rod raffles. If you want to join it is here -Β https://share.fishingchaos.com/tournament/afdlOMf6lBLZZHZ1zLoF
Everyone should register for the SUF fall tournament using these instructions. Click this tab here https://shopblat.com/pages/copy-of-younder-classic-tournament
Kayak friends- Wanted to share this little trick a friend of mine taught me and it has helped me not lose fish when they flop! I place my net under the board and tilt the board slightly in. If it flops it will likely go into the net! The only I recommend doing is pulling the board back further so more net is exposed. You can see a better of example of this on the next slide β‘οΈ I posted a video of this before as well! Corey Richardson
