Doc Trez hooked me up and custom painted these jerkbaits for me. He gets the blanks from the manufacture so they’re tuned by the manufacturer and paints the color schemes you want. He also has a couple options for hooks and hardware. He has crankbaits rock crawlers, Megabass….hit him up if you’re interested and don’t want to pay $30 for a Megabass Jerkbait. Thanks Doc!

Recap: We had three tournaments. 54 total entries - roughly 20 per tournament (many competed in all 3 tournaments). $600 was sent to the Outdoor Dream Foundation — and more on the way.

Lost a 9 at the boat earlier… tough one to swallow. Stayed locked in and got redemption with this 6 with 20 minutes left and still took big fish. Don’t let anybody tell you the SMH head doesn’t catch giants.

She looked as “spawny” as I’ve seen…why was she right there? I thought they typically spawn in protected pockets and such. She was by the end of a small lay down in ~4ft of water. Water temp was ~73degrees. Windy waves and boat wakes were both beating against this bank. This catch totally throws off everything I thought I knew about bed fish. What do yall think?
