Well after a morning of sitting in Juvenile Court, this evening I took a hour or so to hit a neighborhood pond. Also, I had remind myself I still got it... I was finally able to knock the skunk off my back and catch the first bass of the year. The Ol' watermelon Red Magic Senko wacky rig on a Spearpoint finesse hook sealed the deal and let me put the Habeas Grabbus on two of them.
It happened like Brian Latimer said... If you see an isolated stick, sticking out of the water, there will be bass there.

This is fo Alex Tivis. He asked about fishing grass. I want to do something else on the subject but I did a workshop on fishing grass this past summer. The same rules actually apply in every season.
