Brian Latimer  - I would love to be considered for the BFL sponsorship program as a boater. I've loved being part of the SUF School family since almost day one, and the transformation in my tournament fishing has been incredible. Thank You! I consistently finished second to last or middle of the pack in club tournaments when I started. Through SUF School's guidance and countless hours of learning, I started climbing the ranks, winning tournaments, and earning Angler of the Year. What a memorable year! THANKS!

One thing that drives me is embracing the rookie mindset - being uncomfortable leads to growth. That's exactly what I did with tournament fishing, and it's what I want to do with BFLs. I'm ready to carry this 2024 momentum into 2025 while helping others grow by promoting SUF school and bringing my BFL experience back to the community.

Whether sponsored or not, I'll represent SUF in the BFLs Northern Division, and I'd love the opportunity to do it officially. Why should you sponsor me for the BFL? After serving 23 years in the Army, I retired in 2019 and often struggled to fill that void. When I’m on the water fishing, all that disappears. It’s like a switch flips—suddenly, everything feels normal again, and all the noise fades away. Bass fishing has become not only my passion but also a means of personal healing and growth. I'm hitting the lake tomorrow, but I'm debating Shallow or deep. Water temp. is low 50s should be mostly clear to stand, primary stumps and rock up shallow and rocks and ledges deep. What say you?

Hey can someone give me some Advice I have a 2018 Bass tracker and I wanted to purchase a step that goes in front of the boat. Can somebody give me some advice? Which one should I purchase?

I would like to be consider for a boater sponsorship to represent SUF angler development program for 2025 BFL season.

Why I should be selected? Compared to the other angler in SUF that is a tough question to answer. I can assure you I am a giver to my core. Possibly that trait along side my inability to quit or give up might be my character traits, best aligned with what SUF represents.  I'm not suggesting I'm better than anyone here, only what I know to be true about myself.

This is by far the hardest thing about aspiring to be a professional angler.  I suck at talking about myself.

Putting my name in the hat :)

Cody Walling – Boater. I would like to win the SUF Sponsorship because I can be a good representative of the SUF School but also a perfect example of what the SUF School is about. I first started fishing (after a 15 year gap) a little over three years ago as a way to remember fishing with my late Pawpaw. In a few days, it will be three years since I caught my first bass… Its been game on since then! Having missed so much time, I now have an insatiable desire to get better. I would love to work closely with you, B-Lat, to hone my skills and perfect myself as an angler. I want to learn to excel in tournament preparation, fishing tactics, boat control, and how to find a place in the fishing industry. More than anything, I want to learn tips and tricks to manage my mental game leading up to tournament day and as the tournament progresses. I would be honored to represent SUF School and have your mentorship for this season as it could hugely impact my new-found fishing career.
