Also I ran over my phone yesterday morning. So I have some pictures I took but lost others that didn’t make it to my cloud. 🥴

This tournament was a difficult one to swallow but it was also an amazing chance to learn and grow being that I considered Russell my home lake. But at the same time I couldn’t be more content I had a great time on the water with my buddy Barrett, learned a lot, and got to hang out with a bunch of great people from the SUF school. I’m excited to apply what I learned and take on the next tournament!
I’m just getting settled back in at home after the retreat!!! I hope all you guys will share your photos from the event. If you post on social can you tag me this week so I can share them too? We have a lot to talk about and discuss. I’m glad to have spent time with all of you. This has been my favorite experience in the app so far!
Breaking in the custom made Barde Rod at Lake Russell during the retreat. First fish was a 17 1/2 spotted bass. Not bad, Thanks Barde.
Is there somewhere those of us that weren't in the championship can see the results?
Brian,
Thank you for a fantastic retreat and all the effort that went into pulling it all together. Loved every thing about the retreat, meeting great group of fisherman, the knowledge sharing amongst the SUF members, socializing, and just building a great group of new friends. We walk away with more knowledge and a stronger group. I personally stepped out of my comfort zone and resulted in gaining more confidence and experience (building the bridge). Loved getting to know my roomies the Dodson brothers!! Great conversations. Thank you Brian to you and everyone who helped in putting this together!
Potholes changes so much when I go next I’ll take another round of pictures. Right now waters high so a lot of islands and stuff is covered they are starting to irrigate the crops so water will drop in a month the place will look so different. Something crazy out there too is the seagull mating season so many looks like snow or ice on the water.
