This Saturday I will be fishing the warm side discharge from Power Plant in Virginia. They are doing maintenance so they will be no current or very little. The water temperature is in the mid 60’s and rising. The air temperature will be rising to the 70’s before rain the night before Saturday with a high of 65 degrees. I don’t fish this water so does anyone has suggestions on what to try for Largemouth bass?

The ice is finally gone! Here is the first largemouth of 2024 from the boat on a red crawfish rattle trap. I worked on the motor this winter, and it ran great! It was 45 degrees water.
