Wacky Rigs - are there any mods you like to do to your wacky rigs?  O-ring or no O-ring?

Just curious, what is everyone’s  favorite body of water to fish and why?

Drop Shot & Old Bobber Stops

If your lakes are full of grass like mine and need to Texas rig your drop shot.  Try using your old bobber stops.  Works really well extending the life of your plastic. 

Just wanted to share this as an example of what Brian preaches in class.  Recently listened to a MLF podcast on the College Nationals at Toho this year.  Was won by two kids from Michigan who were not familiar with Florida at all. So they stuck to their strengths and did the opposite of what you’re “supposed to do” on these lakes. They said sticking to their strengths made them feel at home.

Drop shot weight tip

For this off season I am in the market for a new trolling motor.  Currently have a MinnKota Power Drive 60 and do not have a bow mounted fish Finder.  Have always enjoyed MinnKota products and Lowrance fish finders.  Debating if I should go with a MotorGuide/Lowrance combo since they would be more comparable?  Any suggestions welcomed…thank you.
