We have 2 apple trees in the backyard. The amount of 8-10pt bucks that dine back there drives my neighbor (who hunts) crazy!

I fish a crank mainly over the top of weeds. More often than not I have to rip that crankbait through the weeds. To help pull that crank through the weeds would you recommend a little stiffer rod with the all fluro setup? Been using the St Croix Bass Mojo 7’ & 6’ 10”
