I fish a crank mainly over the top of weeds. More often than not I have to rip that crankbait through the weeds. To help pull that crank through the weeds would you recommend a little stiffer rod with the all fluro setup? Been using the St Croix Bass Mojo 7’ & 6’ 10”

There are sooo many versions of green pumpkin everything out there. How would you determine what is the correct shade or mixture of green pumpkin to go with? Or does it even matter?
