In 2024 - 4 months. First time I took it on the water in ā€˜24 was at the SUF Classic on Lake Sinclair.

Iā€™ve noticed if there is a big Pike or Musky in the area. They own that area. Theyā€™re very territorial fish and you can catch the same Musky over and over because they will stay there mostly all season.

Barde rods updateā€¦my father in law and I spent some time with the rods and tried various baits. Had 15lb braid with 10lb leader on both reels. (Because these were the only two reels I still had line on, end of season for me)

Bushido - Ned, SMH head, wacky

GRB - light ned, crappie jigs, 1-2ā€ jerkbaits.

Both rods preformed wonderfully. Really impressed with casting distance even with the smaller lighter baits. Going to be ordering my father in law the GRB for Christmas. Let me or Brian Barde know if you have any questions.

Mark Jonas yes I have and I gave them to two of my fishing buddies as well to try out. Theyā€™re testing them out right now. Sorry Iā€™m lacking on the follow up report. So far I really like them! Iā€™m trying to find something I donā€™t like about them. My father in law liked it the one so much he wants one for Christmas.
