In humans blood does NOT go to the head region.

"Fish eyes can appear red during spawning season due to a physiological change where increased blood flow to the head region becomes visible through the iris, often signifying heightened aggression and reproductive readiness, particularly in male fish, as a way to attract mates and defend territory; this is especially noticeable in species where the eyes naturally have less pigment obscuring the blood vessels."

That 10lb test braid on a windy day can be a tricky-sticky situation (speaking from a bank-fishing perspective).

Probably one of the most beneficial workshops, to date, on this platform. It's one thing to have done any of these. However it's another to do them consistently. I'll be making the time to go through my list for prep. Thanks for this.
