During winter Time I fish the shallow out and work the bait up the edge of the ditch to shallow water.. not using ffs.. i tend to use a lot of football jigs and the old ball and chain

Seaboard .. I got large scrap pieces from regulator marine a high end boat building facility near me that they would toss out.. if they had any imperfections they would dispose of it sense they are making million dollar boats.

I want you to talk about how to attack standing trees like swampy waters . Cypress trees, tupelos elm and oak.. prespawn strategies on smaller bodies of water.. basically the gritty in swamp fishing settings ..most these bass seem to be feeding on panfish and mud bugs.. and at the end I want you to describe the best steak you have ever eaten and where it was at.. cause we all love steak..

I’m a junk fisherman.. I look at that tree and say that looks like a jig tree then look at another tree and say that looks like a dropshot tree.. then look at that one that’s definitely a frog tree.. that’s a dock looks like a glide bait dock.. that bridge piling looks like a shakey head piling.. I’m always switching up

If I’m fishing off shore at all I run side and down imaging .. on the down imaging look where the bait is suspended in the water column.. there is a reason the bait suspends at that depth I dunno why but they do.. once you find the depth of the bait balls that’s were majority of schooling and active fish will be in that depth.. crappie, bass, stripers pretty much all predatory fish seem to relevant to the shad or bait fish
