Went out today to finally understand the square bill.. I figured it out and what the whole appeal is .. I managed to catch 7 on it today.. .. so it’s all about contact that thing has to be hitting something to be effective and have to fish it slower than I expected.. not a old chuck and wind like I thought….

Well I’am officially the NC Kayak Bass Fishing angler of the year for 2025.. I just wanted to say thank you Brian Latimer for everything you have done and help encouraging us to be better anglers.. I honestly didn’t bother checking standings because I did not expect this to be in the realm of expectations for me not this year or ever..After receiving the call from Chad Hoover congratulating me.It is mind blowing to know that little things like this is capable for someone in their late 30’s who grew up poor and was self taught.. If I can do this anyone can.. thanks to everyone in this app for helping make this come true and become a reality..
