That is how it goes. I learned a lot about the St Lawrence in the last 3 days and will be more prepared for the next trip.

My suggestion- Instead of using screws to hold the wood to the deck and the black box to the wood use small flat head bolts with washers and it will hold for years. IMO those screws will loosen up on the first few good bumps.

St. Lawrence is in the books. Not quite the finish I was hoping for, and I got a bunch of points for the Regional. I lost two excellent fish and ended up with three fish for the day and lots of points for the regional. Sitting in 47th in points.

Kevin Skovenski Two upgrades for me on this tournament and they were not 21 inches. You are safe for now. I still have 5 days...

Well, I have been in a big fish slump, so you're good to go, Mack Toon, from my perspective.

Christopher Bowman asked about my experience with the Lowrance Ghost trolling motor because he is in the market to buy a new trolling motor. I used my subscription to an AI chatbot to do research and create a detailed comparison for a new buyer. It researched 425 online articles/posts to create this document. IF you are in the market for a top-of-the-line Trolling motor, here is the document - https://1drv.ms/w/c/2fb61aaab736bbfb/EcX03c-vc7xGqttIKo2YtpYBCOg6OMvNEMUOSaFdWoUjEQ
