Kenny Richards co in the BFL is pretty beginner friendly I started bass fishing just a couple years ago and I started co- angling the first year. You have to remember that you go where the boater wants. I’ve been with boaters that other co’s said was a pecker head and I got along with them ok. And all the other boaters I’ve been with I consider friends now. Most are young guys trying to get to the next level. Or some older guys who love to fish.( and those guys are usually local Hammers you can learn a lot from. Use it as education and you are competing with the other co-anglers! It’s a blast and you can learn something every time you enter a tournament. I’ll make a post telling my opinion on the do’s and don’t of co- angling this afternoon

Kenny Richards you have to join MLF on the website and go to the BFL page you see the schedule and it’ll show sign up you just pay the 100 bucks and sign up and the Friday before the tournament they will send you a text with the boater you will be fishing with and his phone number text him or call him and find out what time and where to meet him and show up with you tackle bag and some poles and go fishing
