Here is some good information. Barde- I don’t know you like a book but from what I have seen you seem to be able to do well in anything you put your mind to it.

We always know the right thing to do is not go into debt. You said it yourself when you said you hate debt. Boats, unless you need it for a job they are toys that we enjoy. Take that boat payment and break it down to how much it costs per day. Make sure you add insurance , property tax if you have it in your state. and maintenance costs. Don’t mean to be a downer but you do have a boat already debt free. Just a thought not sermon. 😀

For the Potomac River, I like the white spinnerbait for early spring thru Summer. Make sure you touch the grass, bump into something and stop it every once in a while. As the water warms don’t be afraid to speed up your retrieval and make them decide right then.

Shallow running crankbaits in the grass. When I say shallow running it’s less than a foot. Again pull it above and thru the grass. Don’t get frustrated with removing grass off your lure. The bites are there, will you be willing?

Green Pumpkin Baby Brush Hog will always get bit when you are in a productive area. Grass, wood, docks, rocks as it all works.

I started using the black and blue Gremlin in the lilly pads this summer and I really like them. I plan to do more this summer.
