Keep em coming. I have a tournament on August 7th that will be in matted grass in Pohick Bay on Potomac River. I’ll be fishing in my small bass boat with 9.9Hp so I plan on just floating around pitching/flipping. 😀

I like the stop and go retrieve for my crankbait. When the water warms On the Potomac River we burn the crankbaits thru the grass. Bites are often after getting slightly snagged in the grass and it pulls free then …….bam!!!  Fun fishing when it works. 🎣🎣🐟

Same for me, barb was just past my skin so I just worked it back and forth with pliers until the hole was big enough to get it out. Lots of blood, wiped it off, got bandaged to continue to fish 😀
