B.Lat- I want to participate in the Major League Fishing BFL Sponsorship Program as a co-angler. I have been fishing in my local club tournaments for the past three years and I have learned a lot. I am ready for the next challenge from the BFL.
Participating in the SUF School has been a tremendous benefit. Listening to your instructional forums has been a pleasure as you have a calming way of communicating the information, simplifying a technique in a manner that builds future confidence. Being a part of the school really does feel like a family as we share experiences to become a better angler.
It would be an honor to carry the torch for the SUF School knowing that I have a huge family of support for each tournament.
Cold day with the high of 45 degrees and the water temp 47 degrees. Threw a rattle trap over rocky points in less than 10 feet. Caught two with the lunker over 4lbs. Funny, didn’t seem so cold then 😀.
Did some research the night before with my Lowrance app to locate points, contours and depth I wanted to fish. Our area had its first rain in over 3 weeks. Start of the day was 45 degrees and the rain stayed longer than forecasted. (Questioned why I was out in the weather). Rain stopped around 1pm and sun came out with the wind picking up. Water temperature was 46 degrees and the air temperature was rising. Caught three nice bass on a crankbait in the next two hours. Bouncing it off of rock and wood laydowns in 5 to 10 of water with deeper water nearby. Love it when a plan comes together!
