It has been fun to hang with Barde on these trips and to get extra fishing. He got a nice Falcon! !! I caught no bass for three days but still had fun. I did catch other species including this thing!

I was there and there was not much Barde could do about it. He handled it well and he was well prepared with supplies to handle the emergency. Barde went in chest deep water to change the prop. Impressive.

Area was not marked and the water is several feet low. I feel bad for my man Barde but we made the best of it. We also gained some unexpected experience. Barde got to fish with the King of Lake Champlain.

Fished my 3rd MLF-BLF tournament at Lake Champlain. I got a limit of bass ( 3 fish for co- angler. I had 8lbs 2oz before the dead fish penalty and finished with 7lbs 14oz. I am now 27th overall in the standings.

Very unique waterway in which you can catch a largemouth and a smallmouth bass in the same area.

Barde has been teaching me well with the jig. He helped me with the colors and trailer selection. My first two keeper fish came of the jig. Good times!
