Bass do not read the books on fishing. Our weather has been rainy all week and a twenty degree drop in air temperatures. Today, I saw Barde post catching bass so that encouraged me to brave the 20mph winds. The local reservoir was muddy and choppy. My expectations were low.
Boy was I wrong. I caught fish on all my presentations. Spinnerbait, crankbait, Texas rigged craw, swim bait, fluke and I even got my first fish on a hollow belly frog. (Bobby inspired). Now I would not have won a tournament but I sure had a lot of fun getting bites. š
