Hey folks. So I since the wording in the law is as clear as mud and Mr. Green Jeans is sneaky. I spoke with my GA DNR buddy. I asked about license requirements for Lake Russell. While fishing on a boat or kayak on the water of any state boundary lake either states fishing license will be accepted. HOWEVER!!!! If you fish from the bank. You will have to have that states fishing license. So for me I have a GA license. I will not be able to make a cast from a SC side boat ramp without a SC license. Hope this helps... In GA this applies to the TN, AL, FL, NC, and SC lakes. Knowing how sneaky they can be I would imagine they will be out and about with the waterways since the "season" is kicking off. (Jkjkjk nothing but love for them.)

I was gonna cover this in my roundtable but I figured this was something that needed to be told prior to. I will cover some of the "Violatiors Compact" in my roundtable. These are states that will suspend your privileges based on the outcome of the violation state's case.

Can't wait to get this party started.

We can do some chips and dips. Maybe a Buffalo chicken dip or something like that. We will definitely need a number of people attending to know how much to make... Also I will need a reminder to tell my wife I am signing her up for this detail. Hahaha

Here are some things you thought you never needed but will soon realize you can't live without...

The Kayak Cart from Vevor. They have dodfer options for different needs but I have the one pictured.

The Rod Mule... This is a freaking life saver! Up to 10 rods in one trip. Don't mind if I do, and I did!
