Honestly, for real, We try to live within our means. It has paid off a lot in the end. Granted we've had help from family and pay increases. But, you have to sacrifice for what you need vs. what you want. I remember eating hotdogs and tomato soup or grits by the fireplace because we didn't have enough to pay for the gas to be filled. We made a lot of stupid financial decisions young, but once we paid stuff off and and do with out we learned got stuff on auto draft and didn't get behind as much.

My old captain would pay off one bill, then use that money to pay towards another bill to pay it off quicker. He said the money hasn't been yours so keep not touching it until it becomes yours. I told him that was easier said then done when you have sophisticated taste. He told me to get my sophisticated ass out of his office. Hahahaha. But he has a very valid point, it takes a lot of discipline.

Destiny Siguenza I could do one on general personal safety, having a good understanding of laws, first-aid and very basic "Stop the Bleed" discussion. Also the importance of preplanning for accidents or trauma response. Just give me a couple weeks notice. Next month will probably be best though.
