Soooo, I got this odd feeling, your NOT a tracker fan, LOL! 😆 

I have definitely taken note of the falcon freedom video.  That one is on the list!  I have been an automotive technician for over 20 years now.  I know how a properly functioning service department is suppose to look like and operate.  I also know what it looks like when it becomes a disaster with warranty problems and kind of what it sounds like you got going on.  Can't stand that and going to avoid it!! Thanks for all your info!

Interesting, sounds like a complete breakdown on the customer service side of things. That's a bummer. Been lookin into buying some type of boat hopefully soon. I have a Cabelas not to far away from where i live and they just added the service section and a showroom for their boats I believe about a year ago. I've been lookin at those trackers as an option. These problems you are having are good for me to know. I will definitely take note of your and Brian's response here! Thanks... hope you get your problems figured out!

So would you care if I asked you to elaborate on the issues your having? Is it like claims stuff or things more on the service side? This is an interesting post to me.
