City life.... I thought it was cool in my 20's,  I get depressed and have anxiety now when I am around those areas.

Just got done watching this one a few days ago.  Love the topic for sure!  I'm am one of those that likes to go after eating "clean" and I do dive into all kinds of supplements.  This was a fun topic!  Thanks for the info and the list of some of the products you like.
