I actually think I have some input on what may be involved in your picture of your spinnerbait and what ( in my own experience) mind you, I have noticed with the willow Zman line.  So without going to deep into this, I bought a handful or so of Zman willow spinnerbaits for my Georgia trip and for my upcoming season.  What I have noticed is I keep on loosing the outboard blade.  From what I am can tell, maybe that is due to the angle of the bend ( maybe ) that when that fish comes up and starts a shaken and I try to keep that hook set good, that blade goes a flying.  Not sure if that's me or maybe the design but from the picture, the front bend on the outer blade looks like it will hold.  I got 4 or 5 willow spinners out the pack sitting on the repair table.  I did most of my best fishing with that Zman spinner in Georgia.  Not knocking it just something I observed.  I am liking it, looks good sir!

I think you had talked about about a Lake Wisconsin outing in that recap of Sinclair.  You fishing there in the photo?  Nice fish sir!

Little bit different lookin water!

It's still cold!  Cold and rainy with some wanna be snowflakes.  My main lake I do so good at.. Got skunked twice :/ and learned I could fish in a kayak with whitecaps on the lake, a bit sketchy, don't recommend.  Went to a large pond that the only think I know about it, my Dad said he had gone ice fishing on it a real long time ago and the only thing he remembers is they drilled a hole, put a minnow on something and when it hit the water it died, lol!  Yeah I went there.  Put 80 in. or so of bass on the board for the start of the SUF tournament!  Not bad for this area of Wisco.  Mainly all of them on the chatter bait, my new go to bait I think.

On last weeks school on the recap at Sinclair,  I was able to slip in a question about spinnerbait trailers I had but it was the tail end of the session and I didn't word it all that well so I will try to do a better job of that now.  I am going to reference a specific video with Mike Iaconelli that I had watched on spinnerbaits.  In talking about trailers, he had made a point that a person should really be using a trailer on a spinnerbait mainly only in the spring time.  I assume it was a pre spawn/spawn scenario type thing.  I think he said it like this, ( this is the only time I will let you use a trailer..... )  That type of thing.  Then after the spawn, that's when you can take the trailers off and start using trailer hooks if you choose to do so. That's how I took in the info, I believe I heard something close to that same tactic in another one that I had watched.  So, I was wondering if you have some idea as to why this would be some sort of thing to follow.
