I actually think I have some input on what may be involved in your picture of your spinnerbait and what ( in my own experience) mind you, I have noticed with the willow Zman line. So without going to deep into this, I bought a handful or so of Zman willow spinnerbaits for my Georgia trip and for my upcoming season. What I have noticed is I keep on loosing the outboard blade. From what I am can tell, maybe that is due to the angle of the bend ( maybe ) that when that fish comes up and starts a shaken and I try to keep that hook set good, that blade goes a flying. Not sure if that's me or maybe the design but from the picture, the front bend on the outer blade looks like it will hold. I got 4 or 5 willow spinners out the pack sitting on the repair table. I did most of my best fishing with that Zman spinner in Georgia. Not knocking it just something I observed. I am liking it, looks good sir!

Hey Kevin, as a fellow Wisconsinite, my hope is that them big bass are here too. Those southern fellers are spoiled I believe! Hats off to em! I am kind of attacking this concern of yours like this. Disclaimer, the only competition I have been exposed to is scored by length. Doing my first by weight tournament May 11th, will see how that goes, anyhow.. I have been trying to use our Wis. regulation book as a guide. Looking at what rules are in our bodies of water here locally around me. My best lake that I am doing very well in has this slot rule that all bass kept are under 14" and one my be kept over 18". I don't know if there's something too this but this lake is a hoppin with some nice bass! From what I hear, that the goal, makin a good bass lake. Again, I haven't been weighing them, but finally pulled a real nice 20 incher out of there for the April SUF tourny. The lakes I had fished that don't have that type of rule, ain't doing a whole lot for me. IDK
