Obvious, right? Do we want bigger weights at the expense of having to watch FFS fishing? In other pro sports, e.g. golf and baseball, there are controls on equipment to maintain sanity, why not fishing.

Down here on the coast I’m blessed to “have to” choose between many pond and inshore species, fresh or salt water— it never gets old!
