When your tournament partner gets sick or can’t make it , how do you adjust to be efffective and efficient as a solo angler ?

Any tips ?

Thanks

My son and I started documenting our trips to lock in these memories forever. I edit the main video and he edits the shorts , if anyone wants to check out some of our videos here is a link https://youtube.com/@lineandlegacy?si=holvTMl1KwXM-CSn

our next trip is this weekend at Clearlake Ca.

I document my trips Like this .

What Month

What lake

Weather

Baits i used

Outcome

Then what did I do good and what could I have done better.

I think it helps especially when I go back to those lakes that I don’t have a ton of experience on.

Tight lines friends !

I need to stick to productive lures and stop being curious or create challenges .

lol that new stuff kills me . My curiosity does also .

I solo fished a Turkey shoot yesterday and ended up missing the win by 20oz .

Looking back I find myself switching from lures or colors that are working or say that’s close enough. What a odd thing to do .

Example I was using at catching using a watermelon magic senko Neko rigged , it broke off so I picked up a green pumpkin gold kvd worm with no more bites .
Or I was shallow and caught a 3lb spot on a red Chatterbait then started tossing a red and gold lipless.

Anyone else do dumb crap like that ?
