Got a little action on the red craw patterned Frittside 5 this week. Healthy fish that looked to be bulking up a little already…

One of my favorite times of the year when bank fishing. Bed fishing! First one showed up today at my local puddle. The clue was seeing bluegill in mass, tight groups hanging out as I was walking up. Put the ol eye scopes on and found him. 3lb male (at least I think it was male) to start the season. (and red eyes that the Pic doesn't show)

Guys.... look for signs that tell you weather you're in a good area or not... if you see something that tells you the fish probably ain't gonna be biting...just move on to another area.

Well... so far I've caught 57 bass this year.. 877.25". which puts me in 8th place out of 188 anglers.. it's a yearlong tournament, and it's really just competing against myself, not others...

Went out for a few hours on Saturday. Caught a few and had a great time just being back on the water.

My mom caught it while bringing in a perch.

Feared the cold today on Norman. Was lucky enough to catch two spots above 3. Rest of the bag not the best but still got into the double digits on a tuff day.

Nice to get out, catching a fish a bonus
