I fished a teams tournament. The weather was decent, the fish was on n off throughout the day. There were 75 teams and we came in 14th overall and took3rd in BB. The big bass of mine was just under 6lb

Caught 22 fish today .. could not get on any big fish.. landed 2 21’s today one of them decided to leave the chat while I was taking a picture lol went over board.. and today was my first time breaking a 4/0 bkk flipping hook on a fish… hook snapped right in half.. hook set was solid with 65 lb braid when fish came out of the water thought it just spit the hook.. nope she brokeded ..

This year, I haven’t been catching as many fish on my shaky head. I’ve actually caught more on a Carolina than ever before. I truly haven’t thrown one in about five years. My theory is that the water clarity has forced a lot of bass to spawn deeper. What has been your best faith this spring?
