Went out yesterday morning, found a couple giants alone on their beds in the back of a protected shallow bay. Spent 30 minutes on each of them with no luck. Threw a variety of baits and different sizes at them. All I could get them to do was stare down the bait up close. Even though I didn’t catch them and ran out of time it was still fun to practice. That was my first time trying to get a bass while on bed. I’ll be back out soon to try again.
Just got accepted and registered for the iCast event in Orlando this July. Going to be a great opportunity to promote my company brand and start to build relationships with Manufacturers and other Industry folks. Just by doing things the right way and getting accepted, I feel as if I’ve already won.
Be patient people. Just be patient. Fishing is easy but personal growth is hard.

Mack and I fished another Bass Bandits tournament April 2025 and came in just shy of a 10-pound bag — middle of the pack, but solid time on the water. Grateful for Mack driving over 2 hours to fish with me and share his tournament experience.
Thankful for the SUF platform and the people it’s brought into my life. Big thanks to Brian Latimer — it’s made a real impact when I’ve needed it most.
Everything about the books says the bass could be post spawn here at Pickwick. I don’t think that’s the case…
just finished watching "how to have success" and felt compelled to share. some people have "AA", some have "church" I have the SUF app and community. so please Brian, keep showing up. I want to believe we are all here for the same reason, "support". I just hope you are getting as much support from us as we get from you. you keep showing up and I'll keep showing up. good luck this week at pickwick.

This Thursday's roundtable is going to be a debrief of these tournaments you all shared. Excited to hear more about how it went, what worked, what you would've done differently, anything!

I ran all the way to bay springs lake from Pivkwick today….i only caught 2 keepers here but in 45 mins. I think I may try to expand on this tomorrow. This place I found has a good feeling to it. No one is here either.
