We had my annual Fishing club awards banquet tonight. While our club is unique in the sense we strive to share our fishing experiences and techniques. While every member would like to win , there is no real money and we encourage all members to become a better angler by sharing our knowledge. I knew I was in the running but we don’t publish our standings throughout the season so we don’t focus on competition only. For 2024, I finished 2nd for Co-angler of the year. Now, I have a goal to finish 1st in 2025. 😀

I guess things are getting pretty serious around here. Chris and I are working on both converting an old Jon boat trailer into a side by side kayak trailer and also prepping our rigs for the SUF championship. Pretty fun projects and using some cool things we've picked up from the SUF lives and from others. Stay tuned 😄

Not many days left this month!

Went to a new lake and found a few!

Well practice has started for my club tournament @lake conroe. Let's see if I can find a couple of good zones. I'll definitely be looking for grass.
