Planning my day on the water at West Point Lake the end of the month. Still learning spotted bass so plan right now is
Just before sun up till 8-9 Docks and will be close to brush piles that are close to shallow water and will be able to see if the top water bite is on.
After that deeper brush piles, main lake points that are rocky, flooded timber in 10+ foot of water.

How do you retrieve your frog when dragging on vegetation? Do yoy pause to illicit a strike, or one smooth motion?
Some more bream beds.. find the beds and usually the bass are at the nearest structure to it
