Hello SUF people! Got a question for the kayak crowd! Is there anyone out there that has had to do any type of keel repair to their fishing rig? My bonafide SS107 needs alittle love and attention in one special area! I have watched some youtube videos on this topic and I kind of have an idea of what I want to do for the repair, but since I got this great platform to ask a question like this... I just was wondering if any of my fellow kayak people have tried any type of keel repair to their yak that they really like and would recommend. ( second picture makes it look kinda sketchy! 🫣 )
Are you in the market for brand new boat?
Is your budget in the 40-50k range?
I’m having a live discussion room detailing the new @falconbassboats FREEDOM 18 today at 12pm. I found one that I can water demo and give my first impression on to share with you. If this interest you at all leave me a comment and I’ll send you a link to be in the discussion room on the SUF app.
Bring your boating questions to the comments section today.
See y’all at 12pm. Join the live in about 50 mins. Any boating questions are welcomed in the discussion room. It doesn’t necessarily have to be about this boat. If you’re thinking about a boat, bring your concerns to the chat.
The live through the app is kinda janky. I’m working on it y’all.
I saw your youtube video on the Carolina rig talking about line size in FL but what size do you normally use. I am in middle TN and I tend to throw 20lb to 12. but thinking about dropping the main line down to 17 or maybe 15.
SUF. I'm adding my Instagram link here. HMU and I'll be sure to follow you back. Thank you BLat for helping us grow our community.
