Angry eyes.. Brian Latimer .. this fish has them googley eyes..
Super basic question hereā¦.however I havenāt been fishing for too long. So bear with me.
Iāve only ever targeted bass as a species. So beside that the only other species have caught were chain pickerel, 1 crappie and a baby gator. As I start to fish larger bodies of water Iām sure a catfish will be hooked soon. From what Iāve watched/read you canāt lip them and they have some sharp spines. Is this correct? So what would be the best method of getting one off? Iād rather research now before it happens. Thanks for the advice.

I wanted to let anyone thatās coming to the retreat that doesnāt have a boat Iāll bring 2 theyāre not bass boats but we can get out there and find some fish! So if you donāt have a boat and havenāt found someone to ride with.

(Swipe to see both) In the words of B, Texas OWES ME NOTHING!!! Broke my PB twice in a matter of 15 minutes. Started the day with 4.81 and then upgraded to 5.5 pounds and 21 inches. A good friend we met at a SUF Seminar two years ago borrowed some kayaks to get us out there. What a day..
If I donāt have a boat would it still be worth the drive for the live school on the 29th?
