SUF Community Q&A June 7th
Here’s a closeup of one of the bass that Bobby was talking about on live this week.
Here’s the top official top 10 from the Straight Up Fishing Classic in May.
What's up SUF Fam! I'll be at St. George Island FL the last week of June. Wanting to kayak fish the flats for reds and freshwater fish the Apalachicola river and the Tates hell area. Any tips or tricks I need to know. Or if anyone wanted to link up and show my son and I the ropes one day that would be awesome too. We will be fishing out of a Perception Outlaw and Pelican model 110 with no motors or pedals. Brian Latimer if no one takes ya up on your offer we can meet halfway and rip some lips. 😜😜😜
To follow up from Brian Barde post…This old beast was called “Meat & Toys”. 1978 Sylvan 19’. But had 2007 Mercury 115hp. Bought it for $2,800 from a guy that was getting divorced. He had 4 boats at the time… My buddy and I split the cost of the boat and bought it together. We had just got out of college and were poor. But we had new jobs, he was an engineer for Fisher Price Toys and I was in sales for a meat packing company. So we came up with the boat name, “Meat & Toys”. Solid aluminum boat. Survived some big water days on Lake Erie. Wish I had some better pictures of it though.
Great video Brian latimer - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nz3lUV_Y7pE&t=378s My first bass boat - Others, what was your first boat?
