If I ever won the lotto,  I'm gonna be some where one would have to fly into a ( well stocked ) lake and then have to ATV to the living quarters,  lol..  I like your sergeants idea!

City life.... I thought it was cool in my 20's,  I get depressed and have anxiety now when I am around those areas.

I am fortunate enough to have the ST Croix factory within a bout a 3 ish hr drive. I got about 2 steps through the door, one of the employees seen that rod I had in my hand and said " GEE, I wounder what's wrong with that one " lol.... they know the problem! Them guys there are pretty cool to deal with, great customer service. They took my broke rods and replaced them with the upgraded models, no questions asked! That was awesome!
