I’m not sure what the best way to convey this thought is. But here goes a try.

We spend a great amount of time talking about the process and continuing to repeat the process in the moment. My thought is, how do we refine the process for people who think about processes in different manners? Or does the process become liquid for folks who think about it differently or is the process granite?

Hopefully, that makes sense for someone

Coming up with value add goals or resolutions in the new year have always been a struggle for me. I’m wired as a problem solver which lends itself to, in the moment analysis and resolution.

Significantly reducing the variety of colors, I keep in the boat. I plan to start using red more often.
